METCON: Partner Wod - Teams of 4
6 Rounds:
5 Air Squats
5 Push-Ups
100 Meter Sprints (Odd runs are with Medball)
Then:
200 Wallballs (20lb/14lb)
4,000 Meter Row
1 Partner must always be holding a KB while another is working.
Teams will manage their own rest/rotation
