Partner 1 - Rows
Partner 2 - 10 Burpees + 200 Meter Sprint
Alternate and Complete 4 Full Rounds
2 Rounds of Lunges (45lb/25lb):
Each Partner will lunge down and back the length of the gym twice
(1 Partner working/1 resting)
